KPA Commanding Officers Visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun
On the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the heroic Korean People’s Army, all the service personnel and people of the DPRK pay the highest tribute to President
Commanding officers of the Ministry of National Defence including No Kwang Chol, Jong Kyong Thaek and Ri Yong Gil, commanders of the KPA services and the commanders of the large combined units visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, the sacred temple of Juche, on the occasion of the Day of Army Founding.

On March 1, Juche 88 (1999) when the land realignment was on the final stage in Kangwon Province, he said to KPA commanding officers that he intended to send 120 tractors of 75 horse power to Kangwon Province and that if he sent the tractors a fundamental change would be brought about in farming in the province as the KPA soldiers and people had successfully carried out the project.
