Selecting and preparing players for international games are closely linked with the efforts of the coaches.
They are genuine educators, even though they are not called sports teachers, thanks to whom many a sports person in the country can stand on the winners` platform at international games.
Ma Yu Chol, head table-tennis coach of the Korean Sports Association of the Disabled, is one of the first coaches of the country for the persons with disabilities, who began his coaching after finishing his three-year career of active player.
Out of unusual love for and devotion to the players with disabilities and through constant studies, he has been throwing himself into realizing the dream of his players since he became the head coach.
