For persons with hearing impairments
Applying sign language subtitles to multimedia is very important in making the persons with hearing impairments understand all fields of social life and participate smoothly in several activities throughout the access to TV and arousing the social interest in them.
The Korean Economic and Cultural Centre for the Deaf and Blind continues to make multimedia with sign language subtitles for the deaf and concerts with the Deaf Association of Korea to receive in time the opinions and demands of persons with hearing impairments and take relevant measures.
