Workshop Held to Mark 10th Anniv. of Adoption of DPRK Law on Protection of Disabled

The 3rd Asian Youth Paralympic Games was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from October 26 to 31, 2013. It was attended by 44 Asian countries. Two table-tennis players and a swimmer from the DPRK took part in the games. They had no experience as they were the first to take part in the games, but they bagged a silver medal and a bronze medal in table-tennis event and two silver medals in swimming contest by giving full play to their skills. Their achievements greatly encouraged the disabled persons of the country.
