A Get-together of Children with Disabilities
A get-together of children with disabilities took place at the gymnasium of extracurricular sports schools in Taedonggang District on June 1 to mark the June 1 International Children`s Day.
Present there were officials of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, children with disabilities, the children’s parents, foreign guests and overseas compatriots staying in the country.
Song Hyang Chun, director of the Korean Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities, made a speech at the meeting.
Then there were a sports and amusement game of children with disabilities and kindergarteners and art performance given by them.
