Many Textbooks and Reference Books Compiled

Kim Hyong Jik University of Education is making a contribution to the development of education by compiling many textbooks and reference books conducive to improving the quality and contents of education.

Officials and researchers of the modern pedagogy institute under the educational science faculty made efforts to perfect the contents and methods of education as suited to the features of disabled persons and their different ages.

In close cooperation with the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled they scientifically estimated the intellectual conditions of disabled children, intensified research for educational methods and accumulated theories and experience necessary for the education of the children through experiments.  

On the basis of this, they systematized the basic theories on the education of the disabled children, developed subjects according to the categories of disabilities and different ages, and compiled “Pedagogy for disabled children.”
