Jon Kang Song, a man with locomotive disabilities working in the section of the deaf of the Korea Economic and Cultural Exchange Company of Persons with Speaking and Visual Impairment, has made successive breakthroughs in developing a Korean sign language translating machine.
He, with his high programming technology, is now working hard to reciprocate the benevolence of the socialist system which gave education to him at the Vocational School for the Disabled.
