A Student with Full Marks
Today, in the DPRK the working people, enrolled in the study-while-you-work system, are preparing themselves as intelligent workers, well-versed in modern science and technology.
Among them is Yang Il Chol, a person with locomotive disabilities. As a worker at the Jangwon Ragwon Joint Venture Company, he studies at the computer science faculty of Sosong College of Technology.
He entered the school in May last year, and he finished the first grade with full marks. Now he is in the second year.
