To Improve Teachers’ Qualifications

The Vocational Training School for the Disabled ensures that its teachers devote their wisdom and enthusiasm to applying new teaching methods to their work by improving them to suit the mental and physical characteristics of students.   

Its officials acquaint themselves with the teachers` qualification improvement and preparations for lessons every day and review and take necessary measures. They also wage the campaign to learn from and overtake others and share experience with them through demonstration lessons of superior teaching methods on the day of operation of department seminars.

In particular, they saw to it that the teachers made full preparations for teaching in the new school year during the winter vacation.

Through the intensive drive for improvement of abilities and qualifications the enthusiasm for creating new teaching methods is increasing among teachers.
