Enthusiasm to Create New Works
The speech of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in celebration of the new year is encouraging the officials, instructors and members of the Korean Art Association of the Disabled to create works in greater numbers which will be helpful in arousing confidence in and optimism for the future in the people.
