Great efforts to disseminate the Korean tactile language
Recently BAK is putting efforts to disseminate the Korean tactile language to the Deafblind persons within Pyongyang.
Through dissemination, BAK is trying to make a medium for them to do free communication with deaf, blind and healthy person.
