Benevolent Persons
At the end of September, there was a wedding ceremony of Ri Chol, a man with disabilities, at a restaurant in the city of Haeju.
That day his mother Jo Kil Hwa, a farmer in Thaethan County of South Hwanghae Province, was deeply moved by the benevolent persons who arranged the wedding ceremony and warmly congratulated her son`s couple.
She had planned to hold a quiet ceremony. But she was not aware that there were people who were paying special attention to it.
A few days ago officials from Thaethan County and the provincial daily Hwangnam Ilbo discussed the issues of preparing the wedding spread and transport means and taking photos.
Looking at her son’s couple expressing time and again their thanks to the benevolent people on the wedding day, she said from the bottom of her heart: Our socialist motherland in which all the people form a large harmonious family is the best in the world.
