For the Persons with Hearing and Sight Impairments
The Korean Association of the Blind analyzed and theoretically systematized the experience it had gained for the past two years while developing the system of the raised Korean letters and disseminating it among those with impaired hearing and sight. Their effort proved a great help to those with impaired hearing and sight in their communication.
