A special natural cave was discovered in Iryong-ri, Kowon County, South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

It is a karst cave formed under the influence of underground water in the limestone area. The main part of the cave is over 240 metres long. And the cave consists of four short branches and three vertical ones.

It was registered as natural monument No. 256.
