Opening Video conference with schools of children with hearing impairment by DAK

In June, Juche 109(2020), DAK hosted video conference with teachers from schools of children with hearing impairment in 8 provinces.

They discussed the composition theory of KSL in order to develop the KSL Auto interpreting program.
