Ingredients
potato 300g, cabbage 150g, violet cabbage 10g, cucumber 10g, red bell pepper 2g, yellow bell pepper 2g, pea sprout 5g, mayonnaise 100g, sugar 25g, soy sauce 5g, 3spinach leaves.
Preparation
Peel potato, slice in 2 mm thick and sieve. Extract starch from its liquid and drain off the water and fry at 180℃. Garnish with 3 leaves of spinach, cabbage, violet cabbage, cucumber, and red bell pepper and serve.
