Ingredients
140g squid, 250g cabbage, 15g crab meat, 50g onion, 50g oil, 3 eggs, 20g ripe red pepper, 40g wheat flour, 4g salt, 4g welsh, 1g monosodium glutamate, 30g cold mayonnaise.
Preparation
Cut  cibol into the pieces 5cm long. Cut the cabbage thinly. Cut the crab meat, onion, ripe red pepper thinly. Wash the squid cleanly, peel it completely and slice it thinly.
