Ingredients
5 eggs, 150g milk, 250g eel, 5g salt, 5g wheat flour, 0.5g powdered pepper.
Preparation
Put milk into mixture of 5 yolks and whites, season with salt, stir it and pass it through the sieve. Cover eel with mixture of salt and powdered pepper. Heat the pan, spread the egg juice, put the eel covered with wheat flour on it.  Cook it over the weak fire until yellow color comes out, cut it into pieces and  serve on plate.
