Ingredients
400g beef ribs, 30g soy sauce, 2g monosodium glutamate, 30g sugar, 2g beef Dashida, 1g black pepper, 10g onion, 10g garlic, 10g sesame oil, 20g oil
Preparation
Separate ribs by one and preserve them in a mixture of soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar, chicken powder, powdered pepper, minced onion and garlic for 30 minutes. Add sesame oil and normal oil and preserve them again for 15 minutes. Grill and serve.
Dietetics
Since It is rich in protein and mineral, it is so high in digestion and absorption as compared with other types of meats.
