Ingredients
60g dehydrated starch noodle, 30g shrimp, 50g onion, 30g pickled red pepper, 30g salmon roe, 1g monosodium glutamate, 3g sugar, 5g powdered red pepper, 2g chicken powder, 30g oil, 2g salt.
Preparation
Boil noodle in boiling water, wash it in cold water, drain water and cut into pieces 7-8cm long. Cut onion and pickled red pepper thinly. Pour oil into the pan, add the noodle, shrimp, onion, pickled red pepper, salmon roe into it in order, roast them for a while, add salt,, monosodium glutamate, sugar, powdered red pepper, chicken powder into it, roast them and serve it on plate.
