Ingredients
1kg mutton ribs, 50g soy sauce, 30g sugar,2g powdered pepper, 5g monosodium glutamate, 10g onion,10g garlic, 10g liquor for cooking,10g sesame oil.
Preparation
Cut ribs into pieces 5-7cm long and preserve them in mixture of soy sauce, sugar, powdered pepper, monosodium glutamate, minced onion and garlic, liquor for 30 minutes. Add sesame oil and other oil into it and preserve them again. Finally grill them and serve.

It purifies blood and improves appetize.
