Ingredients
80g spaghetti, 200g cuttle, 50g mussel, 100g shrimps, 50g tomato sauce , 200g onion, 20g small cibol, 20g oil, 5g ginger, 10g soy bean paste, 2g chilli powder, 2g sugar, 2g monosodium glutamate, 2g salt
Preparation
Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Add ginger and onion into it and roast them for a while. When fragrance comes out, add soybean paste and chilli powder and roast for a while, and then add tomato sauce and 1 scoop of water to make sauce. Add sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, cattle, mussel and shrimps and roast again for a while. Then add boiled spaghetti into it and complete cooking. Put spaghetti on plate and then insert 3 mussels in shell and spray cibol over it and serve.
Dietetics
Mussel dish is a valuable as a diuretic.
