Ingredients
250g eel, 10g pickled ginger, a quarter of lemon, 1g salt, 0.3g monosodium glutamate, 2g soy sauce, 0.2g sugar, 0.3g powdered pepper.
Preparation
Split eel into into two longitudinally and cut it into pieces 4-5cm long. Preserve it in the mixture of salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and powdered peper for 15 minutes. Broil it in microwave oven for 90 seconds. Heat griddle, pour a little oil into it, put eel on it and then pickled ginger and a quarter piece of lemon and serve it.
