Ingredients
750g head of megalobrama tegalomaris, 0.3g salted ripe red pepper, 7g sugar, 10g abalone sauce, 3g chicken powder, 10g salted small ripe red pepper, 2g monosodium glutamate,4g salt, 100g oil.
Preparation
Remove scales from head, split it into two and wash it. Mince roughly the salted ripe red pepper. Season head with several condiments and remain still for 30 minutes. Steam it in a steamer for ten minutes. Boil 100g oil thick and pour it over head and serve.
