Ingredients
500g turbo, 50g mushroom, 30g prawn, 30g trepang, 4g salt, 0.5g monosodium glutamate, 0.3g pepper.
Preparation
Wash and slice turbo into pieces. Boil it in pan, season with salt, monosodium glutamate and powdered pepper and remain still. Parboil prawn in boiling water and cut trepang into pieces 0.5-1cm wide longitudinally. Cut mushroom to the proper size. Arrange turbo, mushroom, prawn, trepan in sterilized shell. Pour broth over them and boil over alcohol fire.
