Ingredients
250g Salmon, 50g pickled cucumber in vinegar, 30g oil, 15g spinach, 3 tomatoes, 2g salt, 0.5g monosodium glutamate, 0.2g powdered pepper, 1 piece of lemon.
Preparation
Slice salmon and season with salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and remain still for 15 minutes and then griddle it completely until color comes out. Cut tomato to the shape of small cube. Pour oil into pan and roast tomato cubes. Fry spinarch in oil. Arrange tomato cubes and spinach on salmon and serve with 2 pieces of pickled cucumber in vinegar and lemon piece.
Dietetics
It has a distinct taste due to the mixture of original smell and taste of salmon. It improves appetite and is specially good for the children and old.
