Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
Ingredients
700g codfish, 30g small ripe red pepper, 30g oil, 20g sugar, 3g chicken powder, 2g monosodium glutamate, 1g cibol 1g pepper, 10g thick soy sauce,3g salt, 100g salted garlic, 150g radish.
Preparation
Remove scale, head and internal organs from codfish, wash it and cut it into pieces 5cm long and 6cm wide. Chop small ripe red pepper. Cut radish thinly. Add oil, sugar, chicken powder, powdered pepper, monosodium glutamate, thick soy sauce and salt into 200g water and stir them well. Bring to a boil to make condensate. Add salted garlic, fish pieces and ripe red pepper into condesate and continue to boil. Finally add shreded radish and go on boiling for 10 minutes. Put radish first, then codfish on it and spray cibol and  serve.

As it is rich in fat and calcium, it improves physical strength.
