Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
Ingredients
Two mackerel pikes (350g), one tbsp salt, 1/3 tbsp monosodium glutamate, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 lemon juice, 30g onion, 30g oil, one tbsp wine
Preparation
Remove the internal organs and gills completely from mackerel pike, wash it quickly in the flowing water, drain water out of it.
Slice leman thinly and chop the onion. Pour two scoops of water into the big pot, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, lemon, onion, oil, wine and then stir them well.
Preserve the mackerel pike with cutting pattern on both sides in this solution for 1 hour and then broil it in microwave oven. Keep the oven at the temperature of 220℃ in the upper and at 280℃ in the lower. Broil it for 15 minutes in order that the surface should be crisp and the inside should be soft and then serve it on the plate.
