50g fresh Songi mushroom, 1g golden caterpillar fungus, 3 ginkgo nuts, 1 leaf of rape, 0.2g monosodium glutamate, 1g salt.

Four the water into the vessel, put golden caterpillar fungus and ginkgo nuts into it. When the water brings to a boil, add the chopped Songi mushroom, salt and monosodium glutamate  into it.
Put it into the bowl, add the slightly parboiled leaf of rape into it and serve it.
