400g dog ribs, 20g red bell pepper, 20g green bell pepper, 1 egg, 0.3g monosodium glutamate, 3g salt, a small quantity of powdered pepper and red pepper, a small quantity of sesame oil, 30g leek, a small quantity of starch.
preparation
After boiling and cooling dog ribs completely, cut it by 2 into pieces 4cm long and put them on leek of a vessel. Cut green bell peppers, red bell pepper and white of boiled egg into pieces 1cm wide and long.Make spiced juice made of 1 tbsp chilli powder, monosodium glutamate, salt, chilli oil, sesame oil, powdered pepper, minced garlic and welsh, and red and green bell peppers which were cut in cubes. Pour spiced juice into rib broth, boil thick for a while and finaly add starch to make juice thick. Pour juice over the ribs.
