Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
Ingredients
1 hairy crab, 250g abalone, 200g mussel, 200g trepang, 900g scallop, 50g  nettle tree mushroom, 500g agaric, 70g carrot, 100g crown daisy, 800g mandarin fish, 400g pork head, 20g crown daisy, 2g salt.
Preparation
Arrange evenly sliced nettle tree mushroom onto a stew pan. Spread parboiled agaric, mussel and sliced carrot pieces on it.(mussel is used in its shell) . Put hairy crab, sliced abalon and scallop on it and then crown daisy on both sides. Put pork head, its bone and mandarin fish in a pot and boil them for 5 hours completely. When soup turns milky, add salt and crab sauce into it. Pour broth into stew pan and serve while boiling it.
