Ingredients
800g mandarin fish, 40g small red pepper, 15g crpwn daisy, 60g soybean paste, 40g hot pepper paste, 30g welsh, half a case of bean curd, 5g garlic, 0.2g powdered pepper, 5g refined rice wine.
Preparation
Put soybean paste and hot pepper paste in water. When water brings to a boil, add mandarin fish pieces into it and go on boiling while removing foam. Add small red peppers, tofu, refined rice wine, bean curd pieces which were cut to the shape of cube, crown daisy pieces which were cut to a certain size into it and bring to a boil for a while and then add chopped welsh, minced garlic, red pepper oil, powdered pepper into it and serve.
