Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
Ingredients
200g trepang, 30g shrimp, 20g lark, 1 chicken egg, 3 abalones, a small quantity of matrimony vine, 60g asparagus, small amount of wheat flour, 0.5g chicken powder, 5g pork fat, 10g abalone sauce, small amount of starch.
Preparation
Remove intestines from trepang, drain water, spray flour in belly, fill  belly with the filling made by grinding shrimps and lark and cook it in microwave oven for 10 minutes.  Then slice it into pieces 0.5cm thick, put them on plate and then roasted asparagus on it and the parboiled abalon slices on it and spray matrimony vine on it. Pour abalon juice over it and garnish with leaves. (Prepare abalone juice by mixing 0.5g chicken powder, 5g pork fat, 10g abalone sauce, 5g oyster sauce, potato starch and water.)
