Ingredients
600g razor-shell, 30g ripe red pepper, 30g unripe red pepper, 20g welsh, 5g garlic, 1g salt, 10g sugar, 15g oil, 0.2g powdered pepper.
Preparation
Parboil razor-shell after removing water sediment. Pour oil into pan, roast razor-shell for a while, put sugar, pepper, unripe red pepper, ripe red pepper, red pepper oil, minced welsh and garlic and roast it slightly. Serve it on plate.
Dietetics
As it is rich in protein, it has high nutritive value.
