Ingredients
1 Pollack, 50g radish, 5g unripe red pepper, 2g red pepper,10g sugar, 7g soy sauce, 10g oil, 5g ginger,7g garlic, 0.2 powdered pepper, 1g salt.
Preparation
Clean pollack and cut in 5 pieces. Cut radish ihto pieces square and put pollack pieces on them. Put sugar,soy sauce, minced ginger, salt, oil into 400g water. Cut unripe red pepper and ripe red pepper into big pieces. Pour mixed solution over pollack pieces, add red pepper pieces and boil it thick. Put pollack pieces and unriped red pepper on vessel and spray solution over them.

As it is rich in protein, it has high nutritive value.
