500g sandfish , 150g radish, 50g unripe red pepper,20g red pepper, 15g sugar, 50g soy sauce, 10g oil, 15g ginger, 10 garlic, 0.2g powdered pepper, 1g salt.

Remove gills from sand fishes and wash it cleanly. Put soy sauce, sugar, salt, minced ginge and garlic, powdered pepper, oil and mix them to make spiced soy sauce. Cut radish into pieces square, put them on pan, put sandfish on them, pour spiced soy sauce over it, put sliced red pepper. Put pan over fire and boil it thick. While boiling thick, spray spiced soy sauce over sandfish. When it has been boiled thick almost all,remove it from fire and serve it on plate.
