Ingredients
150g hoofs, 1g salt, 10g welsh, 5g garlic, 3g ginger, 5 g alcohol, 0.2g whole red pepper.
Preparation
Wash hoofs, split them into halves and boil them slowly over normal fire. Cut welsh into pieces 3cm long and slice ginger and garlic. Shred whole red pepper. Remove nails from hoofs and put them in pan and pour new water into pan. Then add salt, alcohol, sliced ginger, welsh pieces, garlic and steam hoofs completely. Put them on plate and garnish and serve.
