200g dog meat, 2g powdered red pepper, 1g sesame, 2g perilla, 20g unripe red pepper, 20g ripe red pepper , 10g welsh, 2 cloves of garlic, 1g salt, 0.2g powdered pepper, 2g sesame oil, 5g oil, 1 root of coriander

Drain the blood out of the dog meat, parboil it once in the boiling water and wash it cleanly. Pour the enough water into the cookpot, add the meat and boil it completely. Remove the bones, tear the meat into big pieces. Pour oil into pan, roast minced welsh until its smell comes out, add powdered red pepper, sesame, perilla, pepper and salt and make spiced soy sauce while stirring  over the weak fire. Cut root of corrider into pieces 2 cm long. Put dog meat pieces, spiced soy sauce, thinly chopped red pepper, welsh, minced garlic, corrider root into vessel without water and mix them evenly. Serve it on plate.
