Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
Ingredients
300g feesh squid, 18g unripe red pepper, 4,4g whole red pepper, 3.5g oil, 4.4g sesame oil, 7.5g soy sauce, 5g welsh, 2g sugar, 0.3g powdered pepper, 0.4g sesame.
Preparation
Remove intestine from squid, wash the squid cleanly, parboil it in boiling water slightly,  peel it, cut it into  pieces 4cm long and 3cm wide. Remove seeds from red peppers and cut into pieces 3cm long. Slice welsh at an angle and mince garlic. Pour oil into heated pan,  add squid, unripe red pepper, whole red pepper, soy sauce, sugar into it,  roast it quickly, put welsh into it and roast it again slightly. After roasting, put  sesame oil, minced garlic, powdered pepper, sesame and mix them evenly. Since much water comes out when roasting, it is good to roast it after parboiling slightly.
