Peculiar and pure RYUGYONG Famouse Dish
ingredients
100g pig intestine, 200g pig blood, 50g belly meat of pig, 80g lard, 100g haslet, 200g white rice, 200g vegetables, 10g oil, 3g salt, 15g soy sauce, 20g welsh, 10g garlic, 2g ginger, 0.3g powdered pepper, 1g sesame.
preparations
Wash pig intestine with salt and cut it into pieces 0.7-1m long. Chop belly meat, haslet and pig fat. Wash white rice to remove stone, immerse it in water. Mince welsh, garlic and ginger. Parch sesame and pound it. Parboil cabbage in boiling water and chop it. Put minced meat, cabbage, blood, white rice, welsh, garlic, sesame, remaining salt, soy sauce, oil, powdered pepper, ginger in big vessel and mix them to make filling.  Tie one end of intestine with thread, fill intestine with filling by 80% and tie other end. When water boils in pot, put intestine in it  and boil it while removing foam. Prick it with skewer.
