Ingredients
200g beef, 40g pear, 1g salt, 5g soy bean, 10g welsh, 5g garlic, 5g sesame oil, 5g sugar, 0.3g powdered pepper, 0.2g sesame.
Preparation
Remove gristle and thin membrane from slice it into pieces 5-6cm long, 3cm wide and 0.2cm thick in the opposite direction to the texture of meat. Mince welsh and garlic. Grate pear and squeeze it to make juice. Put pear juice, welsh, garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper into meat and mix them. Remain still for about 30 minutes and serve it on plate.
