Ingredients
200g trepang, 80g Songi mushroom, 15g welsh, 10g oil, 1g salt, 0.3g powdered pepper, 1 chive
Preparation
Remove intestine from trepang wash it and season it with salt and pepper. Cut mushroom into pieces and grill trepang and mushroom. Fry chive in oil. Put chive on plate and then mushroom and trepang and serve it.

It prevents cancer, encourages spirit and improves eyesight.
