Ingredients
200g noodle made by corn, 30g radish kimchi, 1/2 egg, 20g onion, thinly chopped, 50g bean paste, 2g monosodium glutamate, 2g sesame oil, 5g pepper seed oil, 1g sugar, 3~4 fruits of matrimony vine, Small quantity of black pepper
Preparations
Soak corn-noodle in hot water and then put them on the noodle-bowl. Prepare some soup, made of seasoned bean paste, onion, pepper seed oil and sesame oil. Pour the soup and arrange radish kinmchi over noodle and serve it.
