50g carrots
50g agaric mushrooms
3g dry boletus
30g sang herb
100g crown daisy
1.5g small red bell pepper, minced roughly
1.5g small blue pepper, minced roughly
10g pickled garlic
preparations
Mix starch and power of glutinous rice with hot water and knead them. Boil in water at 90℃ and make pieces of noodle. Simmer carrots, crown daisy, agaric, and dry boletus, and cook them with monosodium glutamates. Make some special soy sauce with minced ham, small red bell pepper and blue pepper. Put the seasoned paste and garnish with pickled seaweeds and red seaweeds.
