Ingredients
1 kg dog leg meat, 100g cabbage heart, 10g red pepper, 10g welsh, 5g garlic, 4g salt with perilla seeds, 5g soy sauce, 3g caramel, 5g bishop-wort, 3g fennel root, 0.5g powdered pepper, 2.5g potato starch, 5g oil.
Preparation
Boil dog meat togather with soy sauce, caramel, bishop-wort and fennel root and remove bones. Roast chopped welsh and red pepper and minced garlic togather in pot for a while and then add dog leg broth, bishop-wort, salt with perilla, powdered pepper and starch to make spiced juice. Cut dog leg into pieces and steam it with spiced juice and then put it on plate and put cabbage heart beside it and serve it
