Ingredients
500g ribs, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp beef Dashida, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tbsp powdered pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp oil, 30g welsh, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp glucose.
Preparation
Cut the ribs into pieces 5-7cm long. Put the soy sauce, beef Dashida, sugar, glucose into vessel and stir them well.
Add the oil, onion juice, garlic juice, powdered pepper, sesame oil into above solution, stir them well and add the rib pieces and preserve them in it for more than 30 minutes.
Then, spread the silver paper on the pan and put the ribs on it. Broil them for 12 minutes in the oven of 250℃. After the color has appeared and the oil has been removed from them, serve them on the plate.
