Once upon a time there was a foolish bridegroom who had a good appetite. It was one day after the marriage ceremeny. His wife’s parents served him noodle. But the bridegroom did not know what the noodle was.
He was surprised and did not eat the noodle to the end.
At night, he asked his wife: “What is noodle?”
His wife asked him smiling.
“Haven’t you ever eaten the noodle yet?”
The bridegroom felt unsatisfied to have not eaten noodle.
“I am afraid it is still at the kitchen.”
“To serve it to you tomorrow morning, I put the bamboo basket of noodle on the shelf.”
Making it an excuse to go to the toilet, he went into the kitchen and tried to find the basket. Unfortunately, by his mistake, the basket fell down to the ground. It went bang but the bridgegroom did not run away and took the strips of noodle into his month. The wife’s father asked to light a lamp quickly shouting that the thief had come into the kitchen. Full of anxiety about her husband, the bride said to her father without lighting lamp.
“I can not make a fire because I am sleepy. Please make a fire while I am still holding the thief.”
While father was making a fire, the bride helped his husband escape to the stable. At this very moment, the dog came close to them while shaking its tails. The bride threw her arms around the dog’s neck and said to her father. “Father, it’s not thief but dog.” Father came into the kitchen with the lamplight and inclined his head slightly on the right and left side.
“It was the human that I caught some time ago but it was transformed into a dog. Very strange!
Listening to him, the bridegroom laughed in the staple.
Hearing the laughing voice from the staple, the bridegroom said: “the cow langhs, too” Father said to his daughter “Yes, you’re right.” And he went into his room.
