Boiled rice mixed with the mussel.

Ingredients

Rice 600g, mussel 600g, salt 5g, soy sonce 20g oil 20g, Welsh onion 20g, spiced soy sauce 20g

Preparation

1. Wash the rice and swell it in the water. Wash the mussel meat, drain it and chop it. Chop Welsh onion.

2. Add the oil into the pot, put the mussel meat and welsh into the pot, roast them for a while, add the soy sauce and then roast them again for a while. Add the rice, water and salt (optional) and then boil it

3. After cooking of boiled rice, mix the boiled rice and other ingredients evenly, season them with soy sauce, and serve.

Chopped meat on a spit

Ingredients

Beef 500g, Tofu 100g, starch syrup 5g, salt 2g, soy sauce 20g, sesame oil 5g, onion10g, garlic10g, sesame 1g, powdered pepper 0.2g

Preparation

1. Mince the beef, smash the tofu into the pieces, mix them together, add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped welsh and garlic, powdered pepper into it and knead them

2. Make the spiced soy sauce by adding the sesame oil, starch syrup , chopped welsh and garlic and pepper.

3. Spread the meat dough to the thickness of 0.5㎝ on the oiled paper of 20㎝ in length and 15㎝ in width, make a line with knife, place it on grill, and broil it while spiced soy sauce.

4. After the meat has cooked to the degree that its own colour gets clearer,  turn it upside down and cook it completely, cut it into the length of 4㎝and the width of 3㎝, spray the sesame over it and serve.

Roasted Todok

Ingredients

Todok 500g, soy sauce 10g, beef 10g, sesame oil 10g. Welsh onion 20g, powdered red pepper 1g, garlic 10g, shredded red pepper 0.5g, salt 3g, sesame 1g

Preparation

1. Beat and peel Todok, soak it in salt water for a while to remove the bitterness and tear it off into the large pieces. Mince the beef, add sesame oil and salt and then preserve it for a while.

2. Roast beef and when it was nearly cooked, add Todok, chopped welsh chopped garlic, soy sauce, and powdered red pepper and roast again

3. After roasting has been completed, put it on the vessel, garnish with the shredded red pepper and welsh, spray the sesame and serve.

Seaweed and crab meat salad

Ingredients

Seaweed 500g, hairy crab 500g, salt 3g, soy sauce 10g, sesame oil 5g, vinegar 10g, sugar 5g, garlic 5g, shredded red pepper 2g, sesame 3g

Preparation

1. Parboil seaweed in the boiling salt water, drain off water, cut it into large pieces, add salt, soy sauce, chopped welsh and garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar and mix them.

2. Wash the hairy crab cleanly, steam it in the steaming pot, and take it out paying attention in order npt to damage the meat.

3. Put the crab meat into the seaweed, put it into bowl, spray the sesame, garnish it with shredded welsh and red pepper and serve.
