The circulatory system is the carrying organ to collect and discharge the unnecessary substances by circulating the blood in the body. This organ consists of heart, blood vessel, lymphatic vessels and so on. When the circulatory system is damaged, there appear the several symptoms such as hypertension, senile arteriosclerosis, stroke, and so on.

- Shepherd’s purse gruel.
It is effective to remove the obstacle to the circulation of blood and improve the digestive function of gastrointestine and is used as the diuretic.

White rice…100-150g
Salt…a little
Preparation
Wash it cleanly and chop it.
Swell the while rice, put it into the pan with the shepherd’s purse, pour the water into it (optional) and boil it over the strong fire. When it begins to boil, weaken the fire, boil it until the rice gets soft and then remove it from the fire. Add the salt (optional).
- Steamed Beef-tomato
Tomato activates the function of stomach, improves the function of liver and reduces the level of blood pressure.
The combination of tomato and beef enhances the function of circulatory and digestive systems and has the nutritive value.

Preparation
Wash tomato cleanly and cut it to the size of 2-3cm cornerwise, slice beef thinly to the thickness of 3mm. Put the beef and tomato into the vessel, add the salt, sesame oil, sugar and water into the steamer, boil them over the strong fire for about 2 hours. When beef has been soft, remove it from the five.
- Spinarch-sesame oil dish (for 3 persons)
Sesame oil opens the bowels by loosening the intestines and counteracts the poison. Spinarch plays the role of stoping the hemorrhage and supplementing the consumed stomach fluid. Since the combination of spinarch and sesame oil helps the circulation of blood, it is effective to cure the several symptoms by hypertension.

Preparation
Wash spinarch cleanly, cut it to the length of 5cm, scalding it in the bailing water for 2-3minutes, drain it of water, add the sesame oil before cooling and mix them.
Add the salt and pepper (optional) and serve it.
- Cucumber-red pepper-dish(for-3-5 persons)
Ingredients
Cucumber…500g
Red pepper…3g
Salt…5g
Bean oil…15g
Sugar…l0g
Vinegar…50g
Ginger…10g
Preparation.
Wash the cucumser cleanly, cut it into 4 pieces longitudinally, take out the seeds, cut it in the shape of hot pickles of chopped radishes with the size of 1cm. Spray the salt over it and after 1 hour, drain water out of it, chop the red pepper and ginger. Apply the oil to the heated pan, put the chopped red pepper into it, roast it to the degree that it smells fragrance and then, cool it. Put the chopped ginger, red pepper, vinegar into cucumber vessel, mix them evenly and spray the sugar over it and serve it.
