The care of health means to live a life while taking care of oneself in order not to catch a disease. What is the most important for the care of health is to organize each meal according to the scientifical logic. First of all, we should consider the calorie per meal reasonably.
“We should eat good food for breakfast, satisfy our appetite for lunch and eat a little food for supper.”Why should we eat good food for the breakfast?
In general, in the morning people do much work and so much energy is lost. In particular, the stomach and intestines are empty since people have breakfast abaut 12 hours after the last supper.
So if we eat simple food for breakfast, the blood sugar level of human body does not reach the normal one, resulting on the humgry feeling and helplessness feeling. Therefore, breakfast is very important for the health of human and as a scientist indicated, it should be the best of 3 meals a day.
The ancient people wrote that the rich breakfast was the same as the tonic. Now some people often eat simple food for breakfast or don’t have it from habit although they know it is very important. In this case they should eat snack in the morning to supplement the heat amount.
In any case, one third of the daily calorie intake should be supplemented through the breakfast .Then, why should we eat a little for supper?
In general, in the evening, we take a rest and play games and sleep after the supper. So the human body consumes a little calorie. If we eat too much for supper, the remaining nutriments except for the necessary ones transform into the fat to accumulate in the body.
Then, we become fatter and fatter gradually and have easily some diseases such as heart disease, arteriosclerosis and so on. And when we continue to eat too much at supper, we will get older quickly and the life will get shorter.
To avoid such danger, we should eat the foods rich in protein and fat which stay in the stomach for a long time and make much digestive fluid come out for breakfast and lunch and ones which give a little load on the stomach and can be digested quickly for supper.
Next, we should observe the meal time well. We should always have meal at the fixed time. It is good to maintain the interval of about 6~7 hours between the meals. The digestion of food is done actively for an hour after the meal and slowly for 2-8 hours. More than 6-7 hours after the meal, much stomach fluid enters the empty stomach, causing the stomach trouble. On the other hand, when the interval is too short, the food gives too much load on the stomach, weakening the function of stomach.
Therefore, it’s good to have breakfast between 6 and 7 o’clock, lunch between 12 and 13 o’clock and supper between 19 and 20 o’clock. If we don’t have breakfast and eat much food for two meals at lunch and eat too much at supper, the nutritive balance is damaged and the time defection is made between the biological functions, resulting on the disease in the body.
So we should maintain the nutritive balance between breakfast, lunch and supper and have each meal on time. Then, we should provide the good conditions for the digestion of food. That is, we should chew the food carefully. At first, eat the food with much protern and fat which help much fluid come out and then, eat drink, fruit and sweet foods which don’t help it come out. The digestion of food also depends on the surrounding environment.
Please keep the eating room clean and bright and pay attentien to the table setting. The unpleasant feeling gives the negative effect on the digestion of food and we should make the pleasant atmostphere in order that we can eat the food deliciously.
